Their whole story, theirs to keep

From your first heartbeat
and beyond.

Start your child's health record the week they're born. Every checkup, every vaccine, every 2am fever files itself into one lifelong timeline. You keep it for them while they're small. At adulthood, you hand it over: a real transfer of ownership, and they carry their whole story for life.

One health record from first heartbeat. You keep it for them, then hand it over for life.

Every childhood, becoming its own record

WHY START AT BIRTH

You are already keeping their record.
You're just keeping it in nine places.

The vaccine card in a kitchen drawer. Growth numbers in a portal you got logged out of. The ER discharge papers from that one bad night, in a folder somewhere. The photo of the rash you showed the pediatrician, lost in your camera roll. You are the family memory, and you're doing it by heart.

Start the record now, while it's easy, while they're healthy. Hand the clinic your child's records-inbox email and every visit summary files itself. Snap the paper ones. The AI does the data entry, and the timeline builds while they grow.

Then on the night you need it, and there's usually a night, you're not scrambling to remember whether the fever with the last ear infection was this high. You're showing the doctor the whole story.

No parent should have to be the only copy of their child's history.

THE PRODUCT

Not a records app.
A whole life, kept.

Checkups.Growth.Vaccines.Allergies. Milestones.Family.Ownership.Everything.

One timeline from birth. Ask anything. The record answers.

THE HANDOFF · HOW OWNERSHIP WORKS
Day onea parent starts the record
Childhoodyou hold it as steward
Adulthoodownership transfers to them
Their lifethey carry it, everywhere
Somedaythey steward yours
The recordstays in the family

Held for them, then handed to them.

Every system that holds your child's health story today has one thing in common: it isn't theirs, and it never will be. Hospitals keep records for hospitals. Portals show one clinic's slice. When your child turns 18, nobody hands them anything.

FamilyStork is built around a different idea: the record belongs to the person it's about. A parent starts it at birth and holds it the way you hold anything precious that isn't yours: as a steward. You add to it, guard it, and use it, for them.

At adulthood comes the part no one else offers: the handoff. Control transfers to your child, for real. They walk into adult life carrying eighteen years of their own history: every vaccine, every diagnosis, every growth curve, every story.

And because it's theirs, durability is a promise, not a feature. Export is always a right. The record is built to outlive apps, clinics, and companies, and to be handed down again: one day your grown child stewards your record, and starts one for their own newborn.

FamilyStork informs the conversation with your doctor; it never replaces it. Built privacy-first for family health data, with every access to the record logged.

One record, from first heartbeat to last, and the story carries on. 👶 🧒 🧑 👵

Every checkup. Every lab result.
One timeline — one story.

RECORD

One lifelong record

Upload clinic PDFs, phone photos of paper, lab reports, prescriptions. The AI reads every document and builds a chronological timeline: visits, vaccines, medications, lab values, allergies, growth.

ASK

Answers, and the right questions

"Explain these lab results." "How many ear infections has she actually had?" Grounded answers from your child's real records, not internet guesses. Before appointments, a visit-prep note: what's open, what to ask, what to bring.

EMERGENCY

Ready for the worst night

One tap creates a shareable card with current medications, allergies, and conditions: everything an ER team needs, before you're through the door. No login, printable, revocable.

INSURANCE

Insurance details, ready at every front desk

Member ID, group number, and plan at your fingertips when the clinic asks. Filing an out-of-network claim? Generate one link with the records and receipts an insurer needs, send it, and revoke it when the claim settles.

Stories save lives.

Medical records are facts.
Parents remember moments.
Doctors need both.
FamilyStork brings them together.

THAT IS THE BREAKTHROUGH.

For the whole life. All of it.

🍼 The everyday

First steps, first words, every checkup filed by email, moments the whole family shares. The ordinary pages, which turn out to be the ones that matter most.

🧭 The hard seasons

When something quietly changes, FamilyStork sees it across months of ordinary notes, says so, and hands you the right questions to ask. Patterns and conversations; your doctor makes the diagnoses.

🕯 The hardest day, and after

A FamilyStork record is kept until the very end, and then past it: the page becomes a memorial, the voice turns to remembering, and the whole story is written, kept, and passed to family. Loving someone was never just the healthy years. Neither is FamilyStork.

TODAY · FROM JUNE

Hi, it's me June.

My amoxicillin is due at 8 tonight, last dose of the course. No fever since Tuesday.

Dr. Alvarez wanted to recheck my ear next week. Is that booked?

Love, June

FamilyStork never replaces your doctor. It makes sure your doctor starts with your child's complete story.

A timeline that feels like family.

Medical records and everyday moments, side by side, and FamilyStork responds to both. Everyone on the care team gets the update, in your child's own voice.

Questions parents ask us

We already use MyChart. Why do we need FamilyStork?

MyChart belongs to the health system: it shows what that system did, you can't add to it, and if you switch pediatricians or land at an out-of-network ER, the story fragments. FamilyStork is your family's: it holds records from every clinic, hospital, and specialist, plus the things portals never hold: your observations at home, photos, milestones, and what actually happened that night. And when your child grows up, a portal hands them nothing. FamilyStork hands them everything.

Who owns my child's record?

Your child does. While they're young you hold it for them, as their steward: you add records, manage the care team, and guard their privacy. At adulthood, control transfers to them: a real handoff of ownership, not a settings toggle. From then on it's theirs for life. Export is always a right, never a paid feature.

What happens if we move or switch pediatricians?

Nothing, and that's the point. The record travels with your child, not the clinic. A new doctor gets the whole story in one link, or joins the care team and can read and upload directly. No records requests, no waiting weeks for a fax.

Can grandparents, babysitters, and our pediatrician use it too?

Yes. Invite family with one link: they can add records, log doses, and chat. Invite the pediatrician's office with a view-and-upload role: they see everything and can add records, but can't change or delete anything. For babysitters and school, share the caregiver card: meds, meals, allergies, routines, and what to do in an emergency, without the medical history. Revoke it any time.

What can I upload?

Visit summaries, lab reports, vaccine records, prescriptions, imaging reports, referral letters: as PDFs or phone photos of paper. Plus videos of symptoms, album photos, and quick timed notes (a temperature at 9:40pm). The AI extracts medical documents into structured timeline entries you can review and correct.

Does the AI replace our doctor?

Never. FamilyStork doesn't diagnose. It makes sure you and your doctor are working from the complete picture, helps you ask better questions, and explains what's already in the record. Your doctor makes the medical calls; FamilyStork makes those ten minutes count.

Is my family's data private?

This is children's health data and we treat it that way: built privacy-first, nothing public unless you create a share link, and every link (emergency, insurance, invites) revocable at any time. Every access to the record is logged. Doctors on your care team can't delete or alter anything, and we never sell health data.

Is it only for kids?

No. Start records for anyone you care for: your newborn, yourself, an aging parent whose care you manage. The steward-and-owner model works at both ends of life, because someday the roles reverse.

How much does it cost?

Free during early access, no card required. Paid plans are coming, and early families keep founding pricing.
