Family Stork is your family's: it holds records from every clinic, hospital, and specialist, plus the things portals never hold: your observations at home, photos, milestones, and what actually happened that night. And when your child grows up, a portal hands them nothing. Family Stork hands them everything.

Not on its own. For a refill, a question, a bill, or a records request, Family Stork writes the message from the record and you send it yourself — by email, through your portal, or on paper. It then keeps the request on your Today page, brings it back to your attention if no answer is recorded (for a refill or a question to a provider, with a follow-up already written), and keeps the outcome you record. On a records request you can also ask it to send the follow-up for you. Sending appointment requests to a clinic for you is in a limited beta and is not open to every account yet. Family Stork does not phone a clinic and never makes a medical decision.
